Made from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes, de-alcoholised through vacuum distillation for a vegan-friendly, alcohol-free, low-calorie sparkling wine. It features a crisp dryness, subtle sweetness, and fresh apple notes. The wine won a Silver Medal at the 2022 Paris Wine Cup, competing against alcoholic wines.
