Our Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of wine and the importance of proper storage once it leaves our hands, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Our wines are sourced from trusted suppliers and stored in professional, temperature-controlled warehouses to ensure quality.

All sales are final, except in the case of incorrect deliveries. If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
