Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, creating an account is required — and trust us, it’s worth it! You’ll be able to track your orders, save delivery details, and view your purchase history for easy reordering (hello, favourites!).

Is there a minimum order amount?

Nope, order as much or as little as you like. But if your order is $350 or more, delivery’s on us!

Otherwise, a $25 delivery fee per location applies.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver island-wide in Singapore, including Sentosa!

(Some restricted or remote areas may incur an additional charge — we’ll let you know before delivery.)

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
Free for orders $350 and above
$25 flat fee if below that
Need it quick? Next-day delivery is available for $30, subject to availability. Just contact us first!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the usual suspects:
Credit & debit cards, PayNow, and selected e-wallets.

Can you recommend wines for gifts or events?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a thoughtful gift or a big celebration, our team is here to help with curated wine picks.

Can I return or exchange my wine?

If there’s a problem with your order, let us know within 24 hours of delivery or collection — especially for damages, missing items, or corked wines.

We’ll assess the situation and may arrange a replacement or credit, depending on the issue.

Heads-up: All sales are non-refundable, and returns are only accepted for store credit or exchange with prior approval.

Are corporate orders or bulk purchases available?

Yes! We offer corporate gifting, event packages, and bulk discounts.

What is the legal drinking age in Singapore?

You must be 18 years or older to order from People of Wine.
We may request ID upon delivery — we like to keep things legal and classy.
