"Sakura" is the Japanese word for "Cherry Blossom," a symbol of ephemeral beauty and renewal. Bernard Duseigneur crafted this wine to capture precisely that moment of springtime purity. It is a "natural wine" vinified without any added sulfites to preserve the absolute integrity of the fruit. Unlike the heavy, spicy reds traditional to the region, "Sakura" is an exercise in delicacy and transparency, offering a liquid translation of the cherry blossom after which it is named.

Terroir: The fruit comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards on sandy-clay soils, which are known to produce Grenache of superior finesse and aromatic lift rather than brute power.

Style: A delicate and ethereal red wine that balances the juicy, primary explosion of Grenache with a floral, silky texture achieved through zero-sulfite vinification.
