Situated in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, just 10 miles from the Mediterranean Sea, the estate boasts nearly 800 years of history, originally established by the Knights Templar. Under the stewardship of Philippe Austruy, Peyrassol has embraced organic viticulture, with the 2023 vintage certified organic by Ecocert.
