About The Winery
Arnaud Baillot started as a winemaker in 2015 in Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Arnaud cultivates nearly 10 hectares of vineyards in organic farming and develops his range with judicious grape purchases. The estate extends mainly to the villages of Beaune, Volnay, Pommard and Meursault.
As a wine maker, he is passionate about the diversity of wine profiles that Burgundy has to offer us. Alongside his wife Laure, they produce a very complete range, ranging from the regional appellation to the Grand Cru. Arnaud is very concerned to get the best out of each step of the process; so much so that he will select the origin of his grapes with the utmost care. He ensures the entire winemaking process, carefully chooses his barrels according to the nuances he wishes to bring (origin of the wood, tunner, heating, grain, etc.) and finally applies his own aging policy...
