Le Dive is a wonderfully approachable, vibrant expression of classic Italian Prosecco. Rooted in the dedicated winemaking traditions of the Veneto region, it is crafted to capture the purely joyful, highly aromatic, and crisp essence of the area's sparkling wines, prioritizing absolute freshness and lively fruit character.

Terroir: The grapes are meticulously sourced from the DOC Treviso area within the Veneto region. The vines flourish on predominantly sandy and alkaline soils. This specific soil profile is excellent for providing necessary drainage, which perfectly preserves the grapes' vibrant natural acidity and yields a bright, intensely fruity flavor profile.

Style: This is a pure 100% Glera style, the quintessential and required grape for authentic Prosecco.

Vinification: The winemaking focuses on capturing pristine, primary fruit aromas. Following a careful harvest and soft pressing of the grapes, the juice undergoes cold static decantation. It is then fermented via the Charmat method which is a single fermentation in pressurized stainless steel vats using selected yeasts. This precise, temperature-controlled process prevents oxidation, preserves the delicate floral aromatics, and naturally develops the wine's fine, refreshing effervescence before bottling.
Tasting Notes

Appearance: A beautifully soft, clear straw-yellow hue with delicate green-gold highlights and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.

Nose: Highly refreshing, aromatic, and deeply inviting. It leaps from the glass with a pristine, fruity bouquet dominated by crisp golden apple and ripe Williams pear, gracefully intertwined with delicate, highly balanced floral sensations of fresh white blossoms and acacia.

Palate: Zesty, well-balanced, and highly appealing. The attack is fresh and lively, driven by a vibrant, finely controlled acidity that dances across the palate. It perfectly delivers the generous notes of green fruit and citrus promised by the nose. The texture is light and harmonious, leading to a crisp, beautifully clean, and intensely refreshing finish.
