Domaine Jean-Paul et Charly Thévenet, located in Villié-Morgon at the heart of the Beaujolais region, is a family-run estate spanning four generations. Charly Thévenet, following in the footsteps of his father Jean-Paul, upholds a philosophy of minimal intervention, emphasising biodynamic practices and natural winemaking techniques. The estate focuses on expressing the unique characteristics of its terroir through meticulous vineyard management and traditional vinification methods

“En Voiture Simone” is a naturally made cuvée, following traditional Beaujolais methods:

• Hand-harvested grapes at full ripeness

• Ageing takes place in concrete tanks and old oak foudres for 6–8 months, allowing the wine to retain purity and energy

• Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur (less than 20 mg/L), to maintain the wine’s vibrancy and integrity
