La Croix de Peyrassol Rosé IGP Méditerranée is a distinguished organic rosé wine from Provence, France, produced by the historic Commanderie de Peyrassol estate. This estate, founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar, is situated in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, approximately 10 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyards are cultivated on dry, rocky clay and limestone soils, contributing to the wine's unique character.
The wine undergoes traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. It is aged for a few months on fine lees in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromatic freshness
